1. When I download the Official Online Data, the downloads folder disappears when I start the game?

-Do NOT paste the Online Data files in your Appdata folder. Paste all the content from the folder into your Main 2K Directory folder instead. It will have the same effect. If you do not wish to have 2K's floor and uniform patches, you can exclude that when copying and pasting.

2. Why are there are white jerseys in my game?

For other jerseys we need to wait for patchers to make them.

3. Why are there headless players in my game? Why are there black armed players in my game?

-You need to download that player's respective cyberface.

4. Why does the replay show the wrong replay?

-This is a glitch 2K made and the official patch for this has been out for the 360 and PS3. We are waiting for this to come to the PC.
